Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $30 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Hours:  Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours

• Mix and prepare cement, bricks, and mortar for structures

• Cut and shape materials until they meet the jobs specifications

• Assist in the creation of chimneys, walls, frames, walkways, and other structures

• Interpret blueprints

• Do your part to maintain tools and workspaces Lift and carry bricks, concrete blocks, and stones from place to place

Qualifications:

• OSHA-10 Completion of a mason apprenticeship or previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Physical ability to perform manual labor for most of the day

• Familiarity with commonly-used mason techniques, tools, and materials

• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required

• Prior experience using hand tools required

• Position may require a drug screen
