Dawoud Kazimee with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in PORTLAND, Oregon. This role is crucial to our team, as it involves establishing and fostering business relationships while providing crucial financial insights and decision support. You will be actively involved in managing our forecasting model and facilitating spending reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong partnerships and cross-functional relationships to support financial decision-making processes

• Facilitating spending reviews with various partners to monitor business commitments

• Assisting in the management of our forecasting model, including consolidations, scenario planning, reporting, and variance analyses

• Creating and maintaining reports that deliver accurate and insightful information to the management team

• Coordinating with the accounting team during month, quarter, and year-end close processes to ensure the timely delivery of financial reports

• Assisting in the preparation of financial materials & exhibits for committees, including monthly and quarterly reports

• Developing financial models and analyzing monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range outlook

• Actively participating in driving the transformation of legacy finance reporting to new tools and constructs

• Ensuring changes from planning are communicated, tested, and implemented with a direct partnership with business partners and the broader organization.

Requirements • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Sr. Financial Analyst.

• Proficiency in business systems is a must for the applicant.

• Experience in using Confluence for project management and team collaboration is required.

• The applicant should be familiar with CRM systems and their use in financial analysis.

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports for creating custom reports and dashboards is crucial.

• The candidate should have experience in applying data mining techniques for financial analysis.

• Knowledge of the About Time software for time tracking and management is required.

• The candidate should be well-versed in various accounting functions.

• Experience in auditing, specifically in a financial analysis context, is required.

• The applicant should have a deep understanding of budget processes and their implementation.

• Experience in capital management is a crucial requirement for this role.

• The candidate should be capable of creating and interpreting complex financial models.
