Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

• Monitor project timelines and budgets.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

• Communicate with project stakeholders and provide updates.

  Requirements

• Prior experience as a Project Support Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
