Google Program Manager, Marketing Specialist, Learning and Development in Portland, Oregon
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience with growth marketing or marketing analytics.
1 year of experience within the Learning and Development field.
1 year of experience with program management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a cross-functional team that touches L&D, content creation, and marketing.
Experience in SQL for quantitative analysis in generating insights and driving business decisions.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to design, launch and scale marketing programs.
Experience measuring and attributing uplift of growth experiments.
Experience with problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to management (including SQL).
Ability to analyze performance of content and apply that analysis to optimize content development.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will influence and drive the marketing efforts to ensure new initiatives launch and land. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, managing expectations and clearly communicating goals to stakeholders. You welcome opportunities to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), have experience fostering cross-functional relationships and are passionate about leveraging performance data to guide content development. As a member of this team, you get to help shape the direction and internal growth and ensure that the team focuses on the most impactful activities in the most efficient way possible. You will uncover deep insights about our users, product features, marketing channels, and cross-functional growth opportunities.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Establish growth and marketing priorities and conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on Learning and Development (L&D) strategy.
Collaborate with customers to unpack their problems and provide strategic solutions. Leverage data sources to identify trends and insights to monitor content performance metrics.
Lead data science aspects of client engagements in the area of marketing/growth effectiveness and L&D effectiveness.
Improve marketing and growth efficiency and effectiveness by applying and developing approaches to operational marketing processes and serve as an SME on effective growth strategies.
Utilize data, usage metrics and channel insights to inform continuous optimization of core L&D and branding/marketing content.
