Our partner is a global healthcare company, known for their diagnostic testing capabilities. They are looking for a Medical Lab Scientist to join their team. This individual will be working on-site out of their location in Portland, OR!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 4pm – 12:30am; weekend rotations depending on business needs

Training schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm; 7:30am-4pm

Contract to Hire

Pay Rate : $25-$36/hr

Responsibilities:

Assess the suitability of specimens for testing based on established standards.

Carry out both routine and complex technical procedures, following SOP guidelines

Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Prepare, test, and assess new reagents or controls.

Provide accurate and timely test results to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology preferred

ASCP or AMT certification required

Strong organizational and communication skills
