We help enhance organisations project and programme performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programmes from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from agile programme delivery.

As part of our team, you’ll help our clients set the tone, pace, and point projects in the right direction from the outset. You’ll help companies manage their projects by providing guidance, methodology, and tools needed to successfully complete a project lifecycle.

  • Possessing a proven track record implementing PPM systems.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

  • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

  • Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and,

  • Preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

  • Leading a team to consistently deliver high-quality results and establish project governance;

  • Managing documentation of project intake;

  • Overseeing tracking and maintenance of project plans and developing on a business case;

  • Establishing, analyzing, and providing insights from metrics such as KPIs and OKRs;

  • Managing development of Delivery Roadmaps such as GANTT charts;

  • Leading a team to track and manage a RAID log;

  • Operating and managing under Change Management processes, including project scoping and design (i.e. establishing proper change management guardrails);

  • Tracking budgets and identify and report variances;

  • Leading a team towards establishing plans to increase delivery governance;

  • Establishing demand management and resource forecasting processes;

  • Utilizing project schedules to drive execution and plan;

  • Analyzing documentation of processes and leading creation of training materials;

  • Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged via presentations of the team-generated status reports;

  • Defining and delivering the support model with key stakeholders across delivery organizations;

  • Leveraging experience in all phases of project delivery (development, execution, and transition);

  • Demonstrating proven knowledge of project governance and ability to track deliverable acceptance and feedback;

  • Implementing process improvements;

  • Tracking an established set of performance metrics and service levels across engagements;

  • Identifying and managing operational risks and execute successful service transitions; and,

  • Leading a time to deliver on time and to the quality standards expected from clients.

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
