Job Summary The Learning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the organization's learning and development activities, including support of Learning Management System (LMS) usage, Learning and organizational development (OD) intake process, new employee and new leader onboarding, communication, and course assignments. Coordination spans across the organization, as well as affiliated entities and partnerships. Essential Responsibilities Provide technical day-to-day support and resources for common LMS questions and needs; create and update job aids for all employees, course owners, and department training roles. Support department representatives with LMS usage and standard reporting. Interface with course designers and facilitators to understand specific needs; set up standards for course monitoring, reporting and communication. Provide course owners with process and job aides to support their courses in LMS. Coordinate full onboarding process and resources for new employees including coordination of any live presenters, communication, schedules, and assigning and populating courses in transcripts. Assign and monitor manager course for new and promoted managers. Schedule organization-wide and annual courses with input from Learning and OD team and other course owners; work with owners to schedule, add courses and related detail, determine communication, monitoring, and reporting for completion of required courses. Monitor the Learning and OD intake form and assure information for requests is complete to surface in Learning/OD priority conversations. Partner in setting up roles, permissions, and profiles in the LMS. Set up and track internal and external organization wide learning programs. Support use of LMS according to organizational standards and governance. Participate in standardization and governance meetings as appropriate. Track attendance and feedback on courses including the partnerships with vendors. Assure evaluations of courses are sent with regular reporting of feedback; maintain course inventory and create a library listing of courses and playlists for key subjects. Coordinate learning and organizational development communication in Briefly; support other presentations or communications, as needed. Support needs assessment and analysis, talent planning, and pipelining processes. Create Standard Operating Procedures for Learning and OD functions in partnership with learning and OD team as well as members of learning collaborative.
