Infant Lead Teacher Qualifications

• Must meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements

• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours

• Previous experience as an infant or preschool teacher required

• Must be registered in Central Oregon Background Registry

• Step 6 in ORO or higher

  Infant Lead Teacher Job Responsibilities:

  As an Infant Lead Teacher, you will embrace the Cadence Education philosophy and collaborate with a dynamic team to create a nurturing learning environment for all children. You will document and share important milestones with parents, work with fellow teachers to implement engaging curriculum, and foster children's interests and safety. Enhance play experiences, model social behavior, and contribute to planning diverse daily activities.
