Description
Robert Half is seeking an HR Generalist to provide interim support to one of our clients. The role includes analysis of employee compensation, benefits, creating job descriptions and other general HR support. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing HR tasks, and has experience working with ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation and alignment of job descriptions (JDs) for roles across the organization, ensuring consistency and clarity.
Analyze compensation data, making recommendations for adjustments and alignment with market trends.
Conduct compensation reviews to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with compensation structures.
Assist in the design and implementation of benefits programs, ensuring they meet organizational needs and are competitive in the market.
Maintain and update compensation data and records in ADP.
Provide guidance and support to HR teams on compensation-related matters.
Assist with the development of compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of ADP and experience using it for compensation and benefits administration.
Experience supporting the creation and alignment of job descriptions.
Ability to analyze compensation data and make strategic recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of compensation market trends and best practices.
