Description

Robert Half has an immediate need for a customer service oriented Front Desk Coordinator to assist the administrative office of a healthcare organization while their employee is on MAT leave.

Responsibilities:

-Answer calls, check emails and generate email correspondence

-Assist patients or clients over the phone with questions

-Welcome guests as they arrive and check them into their appointments

-Assist with filing and mailings

-Support the office with a variety of clerical duties as needed.

To succeed in this position, excellent customer service, outstanding phone etiquette, strong attendance and reliability and kind and clear communication skills. This position will be fully on-site and parking will be provided.

Requirements

Requirements:

-Prior experience working in customer service or in a front desk position is preferred

-Experience handling multi-line phone systems

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required

• Adeptness in filing and mail sorting

• Attention to detail and strong time management skills

• Reliable and punctual
