ManpowerGroup Electrical / Electronic Engineer I in Portland, Oregon

Our client, a leader in medium and heavy-duty automotive, is seeking an Electrical / Electronic Engineer I to join their team. As an Electrical / Electronic Engineer I, you will be part of the Trucks Technology organization supporting the Low Voltage Power Network team. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical / Electronic Engineer I

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $44 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Documentation support of Power Distribution Module Global Consumer List

  • Advancing Excel-based Global Consumer List into ELM Suite or similar version-controlled application

  • Daily collaboration with component owners to assess circuit protection needs and requirements

  • Daily collaboration with wiring design colleagues to match circuit protection strategy with wiring harness strategy

  • Creation and maintenance of circuit pinout documentation for power distribution modules

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or closely related field, from ABET accredited university OR 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Strong knowledge of electrical principles and circuit design

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of fuses, relays, circuit breakers

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
