Aston Carter Construction Administrator in Portland, Oregon
Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage and process contractor-submitted information for construction projects.
This role involves ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately attached to work orders, validating permits and prerequisites, and utilizing Power BI and Tableau for project tracking and data validation.
The successful candidate will also manage program emails, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and provide general support to the project team.
This position requires adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the program and involves heavy data entry, task management, and support management of the group mailbox.
Hard Skills:
Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Outlook, Forms, and Planner
Project Administration
Data management in work order systems
Experience with Power BI and Tableau
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Adaptability
