Aston Carter Construction Administrator in Portland, Oregon

Job Description:

  • Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage and process contractor-submitted information for construction projects.

  • This role involves ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately attached to work orders, validating permits and prerequisites, and utilizing Power BI and Tableau for project tracking and data validation.

  • The successful candidate will also manage program emails, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and provide general support to the project team.

  • This position requires adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the program and involves heavy data entry, task management, and support management of the group mailbox.

Hard Skills:

  • Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Outlook, Forms, and Planner

  • Project Administration

  • Data management in work order systems

  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Adaptability
