Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation: Set up CNC machines according to setup sheets and blueprints, ensuring proper machine calibration and material loading.

• Programming: Load and modify CNC programs as necessary to optimize production efficiency and ensure quality standards are met.

• Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues to prevent downtime.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and any discrepancies encountered during the machining process.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

The essential functions of this role include:
