WorkSource Oregon Civil Design Engineer in PORTLAND, Oregon

PND Engineers seeks a motivated civil design engineer with at least three years of professional experience sited in our Portland office while supporting our multidiscipline offices in Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. Our award-winning team performs challenging civil design and construction administration projects. You will work on a variety of interesting civil project types, which include transportation, site grading and drainage, utilities, and waterfront developments. Commensurate with experience level, duties will include project management, production of construction drawings and specifications, and construction inspection. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for occasional travel to Alaska and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Requirements: \' Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited school. \' Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E.) exam. \' Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience. \' Ability to work independently and in a teamwork setting. \' Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. \' Proficient with Bentley software, which includes MicroStation and InRoads with ability to produce transportation-related plan sets. \' Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software. \' Excellent time management skills, and ability to produce accurate, efficient work. \' Strong written and oral communication skills. \' Ability to travel occasionally for inspection or site visits. \' Construction background and ProjectWise software experience are a plus. \' Valid U.S. drivers\' license and good driving record required. * Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without need for sponsorship.
