Job Description
A Portland-based renewable energy company is seeking a hybrid Asset Manager to join its Asset Management team. This role will be responsible for contract administration and compliance, financial management, and project integration. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project agreements, managing budgets and cash flows, and conducting financial analyses to optimize asset performance. The Asset Manager will also act as a primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and long-term success. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of contract management, financial reporting, and energy markets, with the ability to drive continuous improvements in asset performance.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in asset management, project management, project development, contract administration or a related field in the energy or utilities space.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law or a related field.
- Experience with MS Office Suite: Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Intermediate experience with contract management and financial analysis/administrative finance. - Experience with renewable energy or energy storage.
- Experience with ERCOT and/or CAISO. null
