Job Title: Customer Service AssociateJob Description

In this role, you will be sitting at a local retail location with very limited interaction with the general public. You will mainly answer phone calls and email requests, along with assisting in the order entry system. - Answer phones to take customer orders and answer questions - Online email order entry - Communicate with other branches - Learn and use our Order Entry system (technology competent) - Provide exemplary customer service to all customers - Offer a full range of customer service by phone and email, including product knowledge and general policy information - Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date - Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure timely resolution - Process orders efficiently to meet customer delivery expectations - Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with logistical personnel to ensure timely delivery - Resolve any issues with customer orders, including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies

This is a fully on-site position in Portland, OR.

Work Environment

Monday through Friday Shift: 8am to 4pm Business Casual
