The Analyst researches, identifies, and promotes best practices for organization, project management, and communication including conducting internal presentations to those purposes. They document changes and maintain searchable archives. They build data collection processes, collect and clean data, manage databases, conduct analyses, and build reports. As a critical contact point for the Cooperative Project training programs, they develop and execute communication plans and triage incoming communications. The Information Analyst plays an essential role in writing and editing multiple communications and instructional materials. They support the administration of the Learning Management System and serve as a liaison to the external Learning Administration Manager. The Information Analyst balances short-term and long-term priorities between the Institute, the Maine Office of Child and Family Services, and training participants.
