Seeking a Yard Foreman $18/hr. in Portersville, PA

The Foreman is an integral member of the production team. While the person will primarily serve as a foreman on-site on the production line, their responsibilities will expand into administrative and supervisory tasks. Looking for a candidate with some managerial experience, who is comfortable working on a computer and who is willing to chip in on the assembly line if needed.

Schedule: Monday- Friday *8am to 4:30pm, 1/2 hour lunch

Requirements:

· Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift bags weighing up to 50lbs repetitively

· Operate front loader / backhoe / forklift

· 1-3 years foreman / supervisory experience preferred

· Valid Class C Driver's License and good driving record

· High School Diploma or GED

· Ability to pass a drug screen

· Reference and background check required for employment

· Must be willing to work outside as needed

Other Qualifications a Plus:

· Associate's degree or 2+ years postsecondary education

· Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Scanning phone apps

· Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills

· OSHA Certification

· Forklift and Equipment Certification
