Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • Preventative Maintenance: forklifts, conveyors, slitters, rollers

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance

  • Carry out preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

  • Identify and address safety concerns throughout the facility

  • Minimize Downtime

  • Continuously review equipment operations and systems to identify areas for improvement

  • Solve problems in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime and increase productivity

  • Effective Troubleshooting:

  • Demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues

  • Analyze data and apply problem-solving skills to resolve equipment malfunctions

  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of work orders and maintenance activities

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.

  • Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00
