Key Responsibilities

  • Mange the e-procurement implementation process including tracking projects, testing, coordinating with IT, and onboarding new customers.

  • Maintain an up-to-date status report on the progress of all implementations. Prepare a bi-monthly report with the VP of Sales Operations.

  • Work with AMs to proactively promote and establish new e-procurement customers.

  • Meet and exceed any KPIs as they relate to creating new e-procurement opportunities with our sales organization.

  • Support initiatives to help educate our sales organization on enhancements in our current e-procurement process.

  • Address and resolve any issues with current integrations to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure customer-facing interactions focus on driving e-procurement efficiencies and reducing cost-to-serve.

  • Stay up to date with existing integrations and system enhancements.

  • Act as a liaison between sales, customers, IT, and e-procurement partners for all integration and support projects.

  • Work with Sales Enablement to create training materials to educate the sales team and new hires on the e-procurement implementation process. Be prepared to speak to new hires as needed.

  • Identify improvements and gain operational efficiency within all integrations.

    Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Competencies and skills

  • College Degree with technical aptitude or high attention to detail.

  • Understanding of internet/web site functionality and purchasing.

  • Experience with customer service, sales, or product management.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently, keen attention to details and deadlines.

  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Access.
