Job Summary

FLIK Hospitality Group has an exciting and ambitious strategic plan that will enable us to take our growth and performance to the next level. Systematic processes and support are critical drivers of that success. As such, we are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support & drive existing purchasing programs in kitchen equipment & smallwares category. This role will provide you with many opportunities to make visible and meaningful impact by working with seasoned project managers and key leaders across the corporate operational services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate corporate equipment purchasing for Flik operations

• Maintain product specification updates to company resource collateral

• Lead all communications for centralized equipment purchasing request platform

• Ensure successful project deliverables

• Contribute to operational standards and excellence during all projects

• Accomplish administrative tasks in line with all client and company guidelines

What You’ll Bring to FLIK Hospitality Group:

• 3 years + professional relevant experience.(A plus if that experience is in the food/beverage, hospitality or retail industries.)

• Strong communication & organizational skills with the ability to meet firm deadlines

• Drive purchasing process with cross functional teams and external suppliers

• Flexibility and ability to perform in an antonymous environment, excellence in problem solving and a bias for action

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Power Point, Monday.com)

• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to proficiently use technology and remote communication methods.

• Ability to travel 5% annually

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
