Project Overview:

Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. The Infrastructure Global

Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU LNG projects.

As the #1 LNG EPC contractor by installed capacity, Bechtel has the capability to successfully deliver a broad range of LNG projects through our integrated EPC self-perform model, strategic partnerships, and proven experience in LNG project delivery. Partnering with Bechtel means lower cost, shorter delivery schedules, and greater certainty of outcomes for our customers.

This position is located in Port Arthur, Texas for the Port Arthur LNG Facility building two liquefaction trains, and supporting OSBL offsite utilities area with two LNG tanks.

Job Summary:

In this position, you will work with the project team to lead a team to manage the entire set of planning activities for the Port Arthur LNG Project in Port Arthur Texas. The candidate will be responsible for managing the planning team for the OSBL/Utilities section of the facility. #LI-CS1

Major Responsibilities:

• Manages planning activities for a small area within a project, including Level 3 and Level 4 schedules

• Identifies schedule trends for management attention

• Analyzes data to provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges

• Ensures schedule updates are completed in time to support project reporting requirements

• Supports project organizational and administrative activities

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9 -12 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication skill set

• Strong technical skill set in Primavera and Microsoft Excel

• Outgoing and engaging with different stakeholders on the project

• Past Field Planning Experience preferably on LNG Facility
