The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Technician in Product Support to join our team. The Repair Station Technician role is responsible for performing a variety of turbine engine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, disassembly, assembly, evaluation, repair, test, cleaning, repair of components, and engine preparation for shipment.  Assignments are typically accomplished by following process plans, general work instructions and engine manuals.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to read and interpret sketches or drawings
  • Minimum 4 years heavy maintenance experience
  • Gas turbine engine experience a plus
  • Physical lifting requirements include ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches)
  • U. S. Citizenship required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
