The Director oversee all aspects of the Center: Staffing, keep accurate files on staff, children and activities.  The childcare Director is responsible for everything that goes on at the childcare center and must keep aware of all goings on at the facility. Ensures the center and staff adheres to all state and local regulations. Meet with teachers and parents to keep parents up to date on their child's progress and development. etc.
