Description We are looking for a proficient Systems Analyst to join our team based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. As a Systems Analyst, you will be playing a crucial role in our operations by managing our SAP Business One (B1) configuration, assisting in the implementation of new systems, and establishing effective systems and processes to enhance sales team performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and become proficient with our SAP Business One (B1) configuration and its integrated solutions.

• Collaborate with a team to handle support-related calls associated with our ERP and associated applications.

• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of new systems, modules, and system enhancements.

• Construct and manage software enhancements using our development environments and tools.

• Conduct testing and systems-related research to aid in the creation of new processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with the sales team to establish systems, processes, and tools that enhance sales team performance and customer experience.

• Promote a “think tank” culture to foster collaboration between all departments including sales, operations, and accounting in relation to systems and processes.

• Handle other related projects and tasks as required.

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, Backup Technologies, Business Requirement Document, SAP, Microsoft Power BI, OOP - Object Oriented Programming, Python, C# - Sharp, Java. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies

• Demonstrable experience with Database, EO/IR systems, and AB Testing

• Proficiency in Active Directory and Agile Scrum

• Experience with Backup Technologies and Business Requirement Document

• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power BI

• Familiarity with OOP - Object Oriented Programming

• Proficiency in Python, C# - Sharp, and Java

• Ability to interpret complex system requirements and provide solutions

• Experience in systems analysis within a similar industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
