Rod Person - Pompano Beach, FL

This position involves working outdoors and supporting the daily operations of a land surveying field crew. Projects may include various types of field survey and data collection, including boundary, topographic, roadway/route surveys, sewer/drainage investigations, establishment of surveying control, wetlands surveys, construction layout, and other project related tasks as required. The position requires the ability to perform physical labor, lift 50 pounds, and walk over various types of terrains. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented team player that is self-motivated and willing to learn new skills. Previous experience is not required, and the potential for significant professional growth is available to the right individual through this position.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must be willing to work outside in varying types of weather conditions, terrains, and environments.

  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to pass drug screening.

  • Clean and insurable driving record.

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Windows/Mac OS, familiarity with email, Bluetooth/Wifi connections, general computer file structure).

Starting Compensation: $17/per hour
