Must have the following Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

· Must have 5 years of Professional Experience in the following Facilities Maintenance:

o Irrigation

o Plumbing

o Electrical & Cabling experience with knowledge and understanding of proper use of volt/ohm/meter (VOM)

o Equipment & Machine repair

o Sewer & Waste management

o Building & grounds maintenance

o Power tools experience and knowledge of safe use of power tools.

o HVAC

o Drywall

o Build a room.

o Painting

o Carpentry

o Installation of fixtures

o Roofing and roofing repairs leaks

o GMP corrections as needed.

o Must demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and adhere to the Company’s safety and PPE guidelines and given by the Manager and/or Supervisor.

o Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

o Must be Bilingual-English/Spanish

o Must have excellent organization.

o Must have Experience in accurately calculate quantities and/or sizes when ordering construction materials using measuring tools and calculators.

o Must have Experience in Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex building needs.

o Must have Experience in Support other team members on equipment repairs as needed to ensure equipment is functioning as expected.

o Must have Experience in Continuously inspect buildings and grounds to ensure they meet required standards. As needed, immediately address all deficiencies found.

o Must have Experience in Communicates (verbally and written) with a high level of professionalism.

o Must have Experience in detail-oriented work flow and work management.

o Must have Experience in keeping and making building well-maintained.

About the Facility Maintenance position:

In this position you will perform basic and routine facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, hvac) construction (dry wall, painting), and repair tasks according to service requirements, quality, and safety standards. Following standard operating procedures, installs inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems. This role assists with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility. Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required by the company. Additionally, works with or assists trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Will also work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a very good understanding of general aspects of the job.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
