This position\'s primary function is to fill in for caregiver callouts and to train caregivers to best serve our clients. The office portion will be secondary.

This specific role will include:

  • Coming into the office from 8am-1pm to help with administrative duties
  • Being available between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday to pick up shifts if caregivers call out.
  • Navigating computer systems and applications including AxisCare, OpenPhone, and Google Suite.
  • Fielding calls from caregivers and clients.
  • Training new caregivers.
  • Potential ability to grow within the company.

Specific skills required:

  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teachability and receptivity to constructive criticism.
  • Working as a team with the office staff to ensure the best care for our clients and support for our caregivers.
  • Passion for helping people
  • Caregiving experience and versatility as you will be asked to potentially work with all of our clients in the Pocatello area.
  • Be able to fulfill all of the caregiving requirements such as cooking cleaning, transferring and bathing clients.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver\'s License: A valid driver\'s license is essential for this role.
  • Up-to-date car insurance
  • Clear Background: Applicants must have a clean and clear background.
  • Office experience
  • Availibilty between 8 and 5 Monday through Friday. Youmustbe able to pick up shifts and work in the office for the duration of those hours.

Personal Care and Hygiene Assistance:Help clients maintain their personal hygiene with dignity and respect.

Medication Support:Assist clients in adhering to their medication schedules as prescribed.

Mobility Assistance:Support clients with mobility challenges, including aiding in walks, attending appointments, and participating in activities outside the home.

Shopping and Errands:Either complete shopping tasks for clients or accompany them, ensuring a safe and supportive experience.

Transportation Services:Safely drive clients to appointments, stores, and other destinations.

Meal Preparation and Planning:Create nutritious meals, considering any dietary restrictions and preferences.

Physical Therapy Support:Assist clients with physical therapy exercises as outlined by healthcare professionals.
