Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively partner with business areas and provide subject matter expertise level support to enhance functional business areas through processes and systems improvements. Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for ERP enhancement projects. Proactively identify areas of improvement, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify requirements and drive process and systems enhancements. Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and business process flows in designing and preparing new systems or solutions. Define enhancements to existing systems in order to meet internal and external user requirements. Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business. Develop use cases to explain and/or demonstrate business requirements and specifications to the IT team and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. Document process flows, functional specifications, user stories and test scenarios as needed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP implementation and management. Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or related field. Eight or more years of relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational requirements. 7+ years experience as an ERP Business Analyst role or above. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics. Epicor experience preferred. Detailed understanding of business operations and accounting principles within an ERP manufacturing environment. Successful project participation in major ERP upgrades or implementations. Effective written, communication skills and demonstrated success in various project methodologies. Detail-oriented, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience working with business partners and supporting tasks across multiple projects.
