Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Sales Representatives and customers with shipping information or information on old orders. Assist inside Sales personnel as need. Distribute incoming and send outgoing faxes in the Sales department on a timely basis. Maintain fax numbers for Sales and Aerovent fax machines and group numbers. Maintain and locate Twin City Fan, Vento & Clarage files for sales staff and other departments. Perform switchboard/reception duties as needed. Assist with literature (making and packaging catalogs) as needed. Act, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous switchboard/receptionist experience a plus.
