ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Materials Management Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the flow of materials and production within our organization. You will be accountable for analyzing inventory levels, monitoring supply chain performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production process to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations and make a significant impact on our supply chain processes.

You will report directly to our Materials Management Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location.

In this role, you will impact our business by:

  • Analyzing inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management

  • Monitoring supply chain performance and identifying areas for improvement

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and meet production deliveries

  • Develop production plans and perform material analysis for the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Aerospace – Plymouth

  • Implementing process improvements to streamline materials management processes

  • Utilizing data thoughtful tools and techniques to identify trends and make data-driven choices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply

• Implement process improvements to streamline materials management processes

• Utilize data thoughtful tools and techniques to identify trends and make data-driven choices

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT

• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations and clearance requirements, candidate must be a U.S.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,500 - $90,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management or related roles

• Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in data thoughtful tools and techniques

• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

• Experience in inventory management and supply chain optimization

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing ethics

• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software
