Use your HVAC skills to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our facilities and customers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of products by, testing and/or validating equipment. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of the site's commitment to the organization and its customers.

The annual base salary range for this position is $89,000 - $92,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing of equipment

• Perform routine maintenance task

• Review drawings and schematics

• Perform equipment troubleshooting

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections

• Determine root cause failure of equipment

• Prepare and update equipment records

• Maintain work area
