Our client, a leader in the building automation and controls industry, is seeking a Controls Technician to join their team. As a Controls Technician, you will be part of the Technical Services department supporting commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Controls Technician

Location: Plymouth, MN

Pay Range: $20-$45/hour (Based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Perform system commissioning and configuration of building automation controls systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues

• Execute system diagnostics from controllers to end devices (sensors, actuators)

• Maintain detailed documentation of system changes and complete required administrative tasks

• Provide responsive technical support and warranty service to clients

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controls Technician

• Demonstrated expertise in HVAC control systems and building automation

• Proficiency with electronic test equipment and system calibration tools

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

• Basic computer skills and ability to use hand/power tools
