Coordinates and processes documentation relating to process, procedural and design changes that affect parts and assemblies. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 1. Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. 2. Organizes and maintains files and records, following up on pending matters. 3. Prepares special reports, gathering information and summarizing data. 4. Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor's office. Initiates follow-up action. 5. Prepares change request for Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and maintains records of same. 6. Provides and obtains information from other personnel or outside representatives for routine inquiries or periodic reports. 7. Issues, expedites and maintains control of final and revised prototype and production release documents. 8. Assists in preparation and generation of various documents such as Bill of Materials, routings, Standard Operating Procedures and other associated process documentation. 9. Manages and maintains electronic engineering documentation and data systems. 10. Performs a variety of clerical duties for the department, including payroll coordinator and employee safety suggestion master log. 11. May provide general administrative support to the quality department. 12. Performs other functions as required. Job Requirements: Minimum Education & Experience: Two-year degree in technical field or business with 2-4 years of experience OR high school graduate (equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years experience. Specialized Knowledge: Strong computer skills. Special Skills: Previous experience in Engineering Documentation Control Systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
