Alliance Franchise Brands Lead Generation & Targeting Specialist in Plymouth, Michigan
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Lead Generation & Targeting Specialist to support our direct mail advertising franchising business, RSVP. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and targeting the best opportunities for each of our Franchise Members.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with generating high-quality leads through various social media platforms while also using other media to engage potential clients. This role will manage lead input into our CRM and assist with program support to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Note: This position works a hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days each week in our Plymouth, MI office.
Essential functions
List Development: Research, build and maintain comprehensive advertiser and prospect lists for each Franchise Member, tailored to specific markets and ensuring alignment with market goals. Utilize web scraping tools and techniques to extract potential client information.
Persona Development: Develop detailed personas for each sales category to optimize market outreach strategies.
Market Targeting: Create and prioritize top target lists for each market, identifying the highest potential opportunities. Identify decision-makers and gather relevant contact details from multiple sources.
CRM Management: Manage the entry and updating of lead information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and facilitate effective sales workflows.
Program Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates. Provide program support as needed, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and Franchise Member communication.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyze lead generation data and provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and program performance.

Required education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role
Proficiency in CRM software and data management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and target opportunities
Experience in various outreach methods involving regular verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred education and experience
Preferred experience in franchising or multi-brand environment
Experience with ZOHO and Salesforce a plus
Experience in direct mail advertising preferred
