Job Description:
Our manufacturing facility is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Project Coordinator department. An exciting opportunity for a hard-working, trustworthy & organized person, with a strong ability to multitask. A can-do attitude is a must, along with the ability to perform under stress, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Every job is different and attention to detail and quality are essential to the performance of this job. Our work environment is fast-paced and deadline specific.
Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is a fully onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and care for all new and current customer jobs and needs by providing excellent customer service
- Serve as main point of contact to ensure seamless communication between artists and customers
- Proactive follow-up with customers to ensure that they have the best possible experience
- Answering phone calls, managing emails, online chats, and all customer issues that may arise
- Outbound calling to current and prospective customers

- Must have good attendance and punctuality
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm for outbound calling
- Must be proactive and detail oriented
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Customer service experience required
- Must be a fast learner and able to work independently
- PC proficient
