ZOOM DRAIN Customer Service Specialist in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania

The CSS role is an integral part of our operations. At Zoom, our Service Coordinators are the lifeblood of our business. Everything starts with them! Customers get their first impressions of Zoom the moment the telephone call is answered. Service Coordinators at Zoom are engaged and compassionate to our customers' needs.

Customer Service Specialist  Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Preventative maintenance by making outbound calls and scheduling with current clients.

  • Effectively manage incoming calls.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.

  • Communicate and schedule with customers per their requirements.

  • Assign work orders based on priority to the available workforce.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

     

    We want Service Coordinators who care about their customers and who genuinely like helping solve problems. We hire NICE people!

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Strong computer skills, including Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Someone who can withstand a great personality over the phone - We want the customer to see your smile through the phone call!

  • Spanish-speaking/bilingual is a plus

  • Must live within 30 minutes of our place of business in Plymouth Meeting

    Salary:

     

  • $20 - 23 an hour depending on experience
