Job Title:Alvaria Contact Center Architect Location:Remote Job Type:Contract About the Role:Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alvaria Contact Center Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our clients contact center solutions and ensure a seamless migration from Alvaria to Genesys Cloud, providing strategic guidance and supporting the management of the entire migration process. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Alvaria contact center solutions to meet business migration strategy.
- Support the migration from Alvaria to Genesys Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide strategic support and guidance during the migration process.
- Develop and execute a detailed migration plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the current Alvaria environment and identify migration requirements.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Manage the configuration and customization of Genesys Cloud to meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the new system meets performance and functionality standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on the new Genesys Cloud platform.
- Optimize contact center performance through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the contact center team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to contact center operations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in contact center technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contact Center Architect, preferably with Alvaria and Genesys Cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
- Experience with migration projects, particularly from Alvaria to Genesys Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Alvaria and/or Genesys Cloud technologies is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
