Job Title: Mold Maker

Job Description

Lasalle Bristol in Plymouth, IN is looking for a 1st shift Mold Maker to work on bench jobs with a small amount of reactive maintenance on injection molding machines. Currently, we have 25 injection molding machines.

Hours: 7am-3pm (there is flexibility on start time and stop time by 1 hour).

Hard Skills

• Utilize Bridgeports

• Surface grinders to repair used molds

• Perform Bench jobs on molds

• Troubleshoot minor process problems

• Repair oil leaks in fittings, cylinders, and hydraulic lines

• Repair damaged tooling

• Record and report findings

• Clean molds and put them away in the proper location

• Assist with maintenance and repair within the Production Support Group (PSG)

Soft Skills

• Good written & oral communication skills

• Good work & attendance record

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Plymouth, Indiana.

Work Environment

Occasional to frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting/carrying (generally 10 lbs. to 40 lbs.) of auxiliary equipment or molds. The role requires working overtime as needed.
