Position General Responsibilities:

This position aids the Plentywood Manager and Operations Officer with all office operational duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to reporting, analyzing, reviewing, reconciling, and completing necessary reports and certifications. This position will also include Customer Service/New Account duties and supervise branch tellers.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Three-five years of banking experience in CSR and/or operations

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and teamwork.
