The successful candidate will sit on the logistics leadership team and forecast including Pre-Quiet and IR guidance. Logistics Finance Manager Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $65/hr * Worksite: Leading consumer products company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Onsite, Candidates located in the Bay Area are preferred) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment Logistics Finance Manager Responsibilities: * Manage forecast including Pre-Quiet and IR Guidance and presenting to Leadership. * Perform month-close reconciliation/review and journal entry review and present to leadership. * Ad Hoc Analysis and fielding questions from SBUs. * People management/onboarding. * Answer questions from the elevate team. * Cost savings validation/tracking. Logistics Finance Manager Qualifications: * 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a cost accounting role. * Degree in Accounting or Finance. * Forecasting, variance analysis, close, and FP&A experience. * Strong Excel (HLOOKUPs and VLOOKUPs) and SAP skills. * Strong presentation skills. This position will present to cross-functional partners and senior leaders. * Strong cross-functional influence capacities. This role will sit on the logistics leadership team. Logistics Finance Manager Shift: * Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
