Finance and Accounting Manager 1372703 (H) A leading consumer products company is seeking an Assistant Financial Manager. The successful candidate will lead the close and forecast processes for legal and HR administrative expense spending. The ideal candidate has seven or more years of Finance and Accounting experience. Finance and Accounting Manager Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $60/hr * Worksite: Leading consumer products company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 3 days a week and during training) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment Finance and Accounting Manager Responsibilities: * Lead the close and forecast processes for legal and HR Administrative expense spending. * Provide management with accurate business results and analysis to support decision making and spending prioritization. * Assist the functional planning team on close and forecast processes for other functional areas. * Support launch of Anaplan and S4 Hana for US/Corp admin expenses, including responsibility over legal, HR, and other administrative expense spending, * Actively participate in all system transformation training, testing, and other requested activities with a receptive and engaged attitude. Finance and Accounting Manager Qualifications: * 7+ years of Finance and Accounting experience. * Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. * SAP Financial Systems experience. * Anaplan experience is a plus. * Strong in Accounting, assessing proper journal entry that needs to be booked (including supporting documentation). * Debit, credits, and budgeting experience. * CPA is a plus. * Strong financial analysis skills. * Strong planning, organizing, communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role. * Effectively lead meetings and communicate key messages to senior leadership. * Strong knowledge of general accounting theory including journal entries and financial statements. * Ability to take personal ownership to ensure timely response to customer needs and work proactively to provide solutions. * Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency of close and forecast. * Passion for building team engagement. * Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office suite, including excellent Excel skills. * Team worker with the ability to help others and be proactive. Finance and Accounting Manager Shift: * Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
