JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reporting to the Manager of Production and Process Technology, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to provide supervision and support to all three shifts of the production maintenance mechanic team, and oversee maintenance operations of processes and products that safely and cost-effectively meet customer demands for quality, consistent, and on-time performance. The Maintenance Supervisor will foster a people-centric culture and enhance employee development through effective communication, coaching, and performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. The Maintenance Supervisor will interact directly with management and supervision in the processing area to ensure reliability and maximized efficiency of equipment through scheduled preventative maintenance planning, as well as coordinating timely repairs and service to equipment.
