JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reporting to Director of Supply Chain & Organizational Capabilities, the Logistics Warehousing Operations Manager will lead all operational processes between production and the warehouse, directs the 3PL and manages the outbound transportation between the factory warehouse and distribution warehouses. The Logistics Warehousing Operations Manager will train the warehousemen, create, and manage all material flows with the production team and be responsible for inventory accuracy as well as outbound efficiency. In addition, the Logistics Warehousing Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing, adjusting, and documenting processes and for driving efficiencies and continuous improvements. This role will be based out of our brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
