Job Title: Food Services Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food Services Worker to join our team within a hospital setting. This role involves a variety of tasks related to food preparation and service, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Washing dishes

  • Delivering trays to patients

  • Collecting trays after meals

  • Prepping food

  • Reading meal tickets and making trays for patients

Essential Skills

  • Must be customer service focused

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to keep areas clean

  • Food safety knowledge

  • Good work history (1+ year at most jobs) is a plus

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Will consider entry-level candidates without experience as long as they have a good attitude and are customer service focused

Work Environment

This position is within a hospital food service setting, reporting to a Food Service Manager. Candidates must be open to working day shifts (5:30 am - 2 pm) or evening shifts (10:30 am - 7:30 pm) with a rotating weekend schedule. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Openings are available in Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie locations. The dress code includes scrubs, hair nets, beard nets, and tattoos must be covered.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $18.20
