JOB REQUIREMENTS: TheFacilities Supervisor - Manufacturing is responsible for supporting and supervising the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities at the HARIBO Pleasant Prairie factory and campus grounds. This includes HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, elevators, transport system connecting Warehouse and Production building, as well as Wastewater Treatment Plant and ancillary buildings. Located on-site at HARIBO\'s brand new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (on I-94 in the Kenosha area), the Facilities Supervisor, reporting the Director of Construction and Infrastructure, will lead and executive projects to improve existing infrastructure, with a focus on continuous improvement. The Facilities Supervisor will have a team of utilities/building technicians under their leadership and is expected to collaborate with other functions to identify and resolve unplanned downtime events, quality, safety, cost and other losses attributed to the area, using problem solving techniques and a continuous improvement mindset.
