Maintain systems and technology infrastructure in an operations environment and act as an escalation point for IT support to ensure access, availability, and stability of published services.

Ensure operational access, availability, and stability of assigned services. Deliver resolutions and work arounds to routine business units. Perform IT service maintenance planning and execution for routine business units. Perform routine monitoring and governance of assigned IT services. Develop and maintain a knowledge base and deliver relevant training. Advocate for and support ITSM processes and procedures. Fulfill or escalate of service operation tickets. Assist design teams with change control activities for assigned IT services. Assist innovating and design teams with determining operational readiness of routine business units in anticipating IT service changes. Provide Operational training. Support planning and execution of feature implementation. Collect IT service operation key performance indicators (KPI). Requirements

Experience with advanced technical administration and integration of enterprise solutions like: Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Warehouse Management Systems Multi Carrier Shipping Solutions Electronic Data Enter-change Associates degree in applicable field or equivalent experience / certification(s). Working knowledge of Windows Server environments Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in the English language (both written and spoken)
