We offer both short-term (bonus) incentive plans and long-term (stock option) incentive plans, tuition assistance for continuing education, gym memberships, a generous 401k plan with Day 1 vesting and much more.With NTi, you aren't a number, you're a valuable team member!Reporting to the VP of Quality, the HSE Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance within NTi, developing an aggressive execution plan and collaborating in the deployment and coordination of Company resources to execute and deliver HSE targets globally.In a typical day, your expertise:Drives the overall culture of HSE focus within all levels of the organization; supports employees in proactively identifying and resolving HSE issues through ongoing communication and engagementDevelops and implements Health, Environmental and Safety plans and policies compliant to US and Norwegian regulationsDevelops and maintains procedures related to health, safety and/or environmental concerns; leads safe-job analysis and identifies risks and mitigation tactics for operational processes and procedures, including PPE requirementsEstablishes practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature HSE capabilities for the organizationAnalyzes HSE-project progress and facilitates the adaption of scope, timelines, and costs to ensure organizational needs and requirements are metDevelops, secures, and leads training programs to promote HSE standards, maintain safety protocols and ensure complianceCoordinates and ensures proper investigations and corrective actions into HSE events are conducted; communicates findings and corrective actions to the organizationAssists in the preparation of budgets and forecasting for HSE functions; inputs PO Requests for major equipment and subcontractors, identifies shipping requirements, manages delivery dates, and requests proper delivery notice for HSE-related equipmentLeads and manages HSE meetings; manages, tracks, and communicates identified risks, mitigation and action plans; monitors, tracks and controls outcomes to resolve issues or conflictsAdheres to and promotes applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security GuidelinesPromotes a culture or continuous improvement; plans and performs improvements to increase profitability, competitiveness, reliability, quality, etc.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of business(This position will have access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
