FirstService Residential Specialist, Growth Marketing in Plantation, Florida

Job Overview:

The Specialist, Growth Marketing will support the Director, Growth Marketing in planning and executing marketing campaigns through various traditional and online marketing channels, using metrics to improve processes and messaging to maximize impact and results

This position is a Hybrid position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director, Growth Marketing in the planning, researching, writing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies to engage prospects.
  • Write clear and compelling marketing messaging that speaks to prospective clients (web/digital, email, social media, video, print and digital ads, infographics, brochures, guides, etc.).
  • Design and maintain various automation programs within e-marketing system, including lead generation and lead nurture workflows.
  • Research innovative ways to produce and deliver content, including videos, webinars, digital ads, etc.
  • Create reports and dashboards to assist in the analysis of growth marketing performance.
  • Recommend and implement tactics/enhancements, such as A/B testing and personalization strategies, to ensure maximum ROI from email marketing program.
  • Develop social media content for purposes of lead generation.
  • Assist with the design, creation and updating of website content to support growth campaigns.
  • Assist with design of growth marketing materials, as needed.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to business development and leadership teams, assist with strategy as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.
  • Must have 1-3 years of functional experience in writing, developing online marketing materials, and measuring/analyzing performance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills; open, clear and consistent, both verbally and written.
  • Naturally curiousand self-motivated to constantly
  • Persistent by nature, withcomplex problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Results-driven with knowledge around performance metrics.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for both creative and analytical work.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a wide range of assignments.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic about identifying trends and marketing opportunities.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach toward change.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently in a self-driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to establish a solid working relationship with senior level management, operational team and business development team.
