Job Purpose

Support to develop and administer general administrative support plans and processes to effectively meet complex information requests and determine complex trends, ensure smooth running of business activities and meet administrative needs in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies

Key Tasks

· Execute general administrative support plans and processes for a department/ group of professionals

· Collaborate with staff members of the committees/ boards/ departments to prepare for the meetings and events

· Provide coordination support for meetings of the Group board of management, the supervisory board, steering committees and/ or corresponding committees.

· Take steps to achieve coordinated cooperation at the board department/ division/ Group at all levels

· Support travel bookings reservations.

· Coordinate the purchase process for supplies and requirements for the cluster
